Careers
ClearRock Capital is a successful boutique RIA firm founded by two former wire-house advisors with over 50 years combined experience. We are a team-oriented firm. We are looking to expand our team in Palo Alto, CA. As a multi-office firm based in Ketchum, Idaho, we believe that enduring principles and insightful perspectives are critical aspects of how we provide consistent wealth advisory services for our clients in an ever-changing world. Our client-centric approach focuses on broad asset allocation utilizing ETFs in tax and cost-efficient models, allowing us to minimize risk, optimize returns, and exceed client expectations.
Everything we do answers the question: "what will work best for our client?"
The timing could not be better for an advisor transferring to independence. Because we can scale our business more efficiently and much more quickly than larger firms, we can better compensate our Portfolio Managers. Moreover, our lean cost structure doesn't compromise the best-in-class working environment for our team, nor does it mean we sacrifice the operational support or best-in-class technology necessary to deliver top-shelf service to our clients. We believe that your talents lie in portfolio management and client service, not in running a business.
